We strive to get your product to you as quick as we can. Each product is made to order. Our typical processing time is 2-3 days and shipping time is 5-7 days depending on location.
Do you do custom orders?
At this time we are not accepting custom orders, but we do plan to offer this on our website in the near future.
What is your refund policy?
Because this is a small family run business and each product is hand made we have the following refund policy.
If your product arrives damaged or is the wrong color or order, please contact us and we will get this fixed for you promptly.
We generally do not provide refunds because each product is made to order and finalized. If you have an questions about an order please reach out to us asap so we can get a resolution for you.
